Thank You for your participation in the ____________campaign (“Campaign”) of Glenmark Pharmaceutical Limited including their affiliates, associates and related companies (“Glenmark”). This Campaign embodies our values, culture and passion for giving back to communities where we live and work. This Campaign involves using your skills and passion to contribute to communities and make a difference by participating on the Site ______________(“Site”)

This Campaign is only for Glenmark employees their family and friends across Glenmark locations and who by participating in this Campaign and clicking the “I agree” button below, agree to the following:

Consent to Participate:

1. You I voluntarily agree to participate in the Campaign solely at your own risk and responsibility
2. You confirm that you have taken applicable consents, permissions and approvals from authorities, institutions, entities and individuals before providing the same to Glenmark.
3. In the event you are accompanied by your family members for participating in the Campaign, you shall be solely responsible for any acts or untoward incident arising out of their participation

Usage of Data:

1. You provide your consent to allow Glenmark to use your names, credentials, personal data, images, photographs. videos, voices or any other information that you have provided to Glenmark (“Data”) in relation to the Campaign in any manner or medium whatsoever.

3. You confirm that you have taken appropriate and applicable consent(s) from all individuals and/or entities whose names, credentials, images, videos, voices or any other information contained in the Data, in relation to the Campaign.
4. You will comply with applicable laws along with rules and regulations of authorities, establishments and institutions in connection with your participation in the Campaign and uploading Data on the Site.
5. You confirm and acknowledge that all content or information including Data is not, published or reproduced without due permissions or consents of the owner. Further, you confirm that such Data can be used by Glenmark for the purposes of the Campaign.
6. You confirm and acknowledge that the Data is in good taste and is not scandalous, derogatory, libelous, defamatory or in any manner in violation of applicable laws.
7. You confirm to respect the privacy of individuals or entities who are included in the Data.
8. You will avoid any unguarded circulation of the Data on various mediums including social media platforms.
10. You will refrain from making any statements or opinions with respect to the Campaign, which is derogatory, offensive, false or incorrect.
12. Glenmark reserves the right to moderate the Data and further may remove the Data for various reasons including violation of the above terms. Glenmark also reserves the right to take appropriate action including disciplinary action in event of your violation of the above terms.

Release & Indemnity:

1. Any individual involved in any illegal activities during a Glenmark Campaign will be subject to immediate disciplinary action including but not limited to removal from all association contact and membership roles and forbidden to claim any and all association with Glenmark.
2. You release Glenmark, its employees, volunteers, agents, contractors, and representatives (collectively “Releasees”) from any and all actions, claims, or demands that you or your assignees, heirs, distributees, guardians, next of kin, spouse and legal representatives now have, or may have in the future, for injury, death, or property or damage, related to (i) your participation in these activities, (ii) the negligence or other acts, whether directly or indirectly connected to the Campaign. You also agree that you, my assignees, heirs, guardians, next of kin, spouse and legal representatives will not make a claim against, sue, or attach the property of any Releasee in connection with any of the matters covered by the foregoing release.

Participation by Minor

You confirm that, in the event of your Child/Children (“Children”) participating in any of the Campaign, you are the Parent or Legal guardian of the Children. You understand and will ensure that the Children participating will be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times. You are fully aware of the risks associated with participation in the Campaign. These risks may include damage to or loss of personal property, personal injury and in extreme cases, death. You will comply with all instructions given to me by Glenmark s officers, employees and volunteers during participation in the Campaign and use any equipment as directed and not so as to hurt or injure others. You acknowledge that the Children are sufficiently fit and healthy to safely participate in the Campaign and do not suffer from any medical condition which would adversely affect their ability to safely participate in all activities under the Campaign.
