Thank You for your participation in the Global Joy of Giving campaign (“Campaign”) of Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Limited including their affiliates, associates and related companies (“Glenmark”). This Campaign embodies our values, culture and passion for giving back to communities where we live and work. This Campaign involves using your skills and passion to contribute to communities and make a difference by participating on the Site https://glenmarkvolunteers.com/ (“Site”) This Campaign is only for Glenmark employees across the globe and who by participating in this Campaign and clicking the “I agree” button below, agree to the following:

• You consent to allow Glenmark to use your names, credentials, personal data, images, videos, voices or any other information that you have provided to Glenmark (“Data”) in relation to the Campaign in any manner or medium whatsoever.
• You confirm that you have taken appropriate and applicable consent(s) from all individuals and/or entities whose names, credentials, images, videos, voices or any other information contained in the Data, in relation to the Campaign.
• You confirm that you have taken applicable consents, permissions and approvals from authorities, institutions, entities and individuals before providing the same to Glenmark.
• You will comply with applicable laws along with rules and regulations of authorities, establishments and institutions in connection with your participation in the Campaign and uploading Data on the Site.
• You confirm and acknowledge that all content or information including Data is not , published or reproduced without due permissions or consents of the owner. Further, you confirm that such Data can be used by Glenmark for the purposes of the Campaign.
• You confirm and acknowledge that the Data is in good taste and is not scandalous, derogatory, libelous, defamatory or in any manner in violation of applicable laws.
• You confirm to respect the privacy of individuals or entities who are included in the Data.
• You will avoid any unguarded circulation of the Data on various mediums including social media platforms.
• You will refrain from making any statements or opinions with respect to the Campaign, which is derogatory, offensive, false or incorrect.

Glenmark reserves the right to moderate the Data and further may remove the Data for various reasons including violation of the above terms. Glenmark also reserves the right to take appropriate action including disciplinary action in event of your violation of the above terms.
